The body of work presented here (and else where) by Kevin Lōttes is
protected by copyright laws and conventions.
It is an infringement of copyright law to give a performance or
reading of any such play or prose excerpt without the prior written consent of
Kevin Lōttes. It is also a violation of copyright law to copy part or all
of a play or prose excerpt by any means, including mechanical, photocopying,
videotaping, scanning, web posting or other digital media formats.
The play and/or prose text will be presented as it appears in
published form and the author's intent will be respected in production. No
changes, interpolations,or deletions in the text, lyrics, music, title or
gender of the characters shall be made for the purpose of production. This
includes changes or updating the time and place/setting of the play. In
reference to changing the gender of characters, men will play male roles and
women will play female roles.

Licensing Fees (Royalties) for Mr. Lōttes’ plays can be
purchased through PayPal, check, or money order and payments are due one week
prior to production.
Performance fees typically operate on a $1 per minute production scale, meaning if a script is forty-five
minutes in length, then the cost of the performance equals $45 times the number
of total shows (nights) being requested to perform.
This rate includes both professional
and amateur productions.
To purchase licensing fees for a play written by Kevin
Lōttes, send your inquiry to hey@barehandedbooks.com and
include details about the planned performance(s). If performance permission is
granted, payment arrangements will be agreed upon either by Paypal, check, or
money order.
Whenever a play is produced, due authorship credit must be given
on all programs, printing and advertising for the play.
